Customer Remedy

Our company’s entire liability, and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products, at our option. We limit replacement to fifteen (15) days. All remedies are limited to the United States.

Limitation & Exclusion Of Liability

These warranties exclude all incidental or consequential damages. You hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in Fairfax, Virginia, USA to resolve any disputes or litigation hereunder. Whether or not you choose to print this offering, containing the terms and conditions as described herein, you agree that this contract constitutes a writing.

This agreement is being written in English, which is to be the official language of the contract’s text and interpretation. If you do not agree with the above terms and conditions, you have the option to not participate in this offer.

RETURN POLICIES

Product Return Policy

We offer a 10 day money-back guarantee on all books, CDs and home-study products, less a 10% restocking fee. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING, SOFTWARE OR LEGAL FORMS (including forms CDs included in a home study package). THE WIRE SEAL MUST BE INTACT AND UNBROKEN.

  1. Any request for a return must be made by phone 30 calendar days from receipt.
  1. Before returning a product the customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by calling 1-877-250-REIA between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
  1. All returns must display the RMA on the outside of the returned package. All returns must include the actual product in resalable condition with the forms CD seal unbroken. All packages must be sent back Return Receipt through the U.S. postal system or signature required through a recognized carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) within TEN (10) DAYS of the issuance of an RMA. Building Wealth Expo is not responsible, and will not issue a credit for any returned package lost in shipping and/or not received with 10 calendar days of the issued RMA. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in returning the product. It is your responsibility to package the product well to avoid damage during shipping.
  1. Any item returned without an RMA will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
  1. The refund on an authorized return will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the authorized returned product. No refund will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized return.
